Where Do We Ship?

DR DRIP LTD (operating the ThisisDrip website) ships to all locations within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Timeline

Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday)
Shipping Time: 2 to 5 business days (depending on your location within the UK)
Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 AM GMT

Orders are processed and shipped using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and DHL. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Multiple Address Shipping

We do not support delivery to multiple addresses for a single order. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.

If you have not received your package within 20 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us at the email address below with your order number, and we will investigate the issue promptly.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns for unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
