Warranty Replacement

If a customer is eligible for a replacement product, ThisisDrip (operated by DR DRIP LTD) will provide an identical product or one of equivalent value. If neither option is available, we may offer a refund or repair the product within a reasonable timeframe. Refund and repair rights apply to the replacement product just as they do to the original purchase.

All products sold by ThisisDrip are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper care.
