When will I receive my items?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Standard UK delivery times then apply. You can check your order status anytime using the tracking information provided in your confirmation email.
Please note that deliveries may take slightly longer during peak seasons or for international shipments due to customs processing.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@thisisdrip.com and include your order number.
Where is my item?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use that link to view your package’s real-time delivery status.
You can also track your order directly on our website through the Track Order section by entering your order number.

I keep getting an error message — what’s happening?

I chose the wrong size by mistake — can you fix this?

If we receive your message before the order is shipped, we can correct it. Once the item has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update your address.
If the order has already been shipped, we’ll need to wait until the package is returned before resending it.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@thisisdrip.com with your order number and reason for return.
For exchanges, contact us through the same email address, and our team will guide you through the process.

What happens if the item was “Returned to Sender”?
If your order was undeliverable and returned to us, we’ll ship it again at no extra cost once we confirm your correct address.
What happens if my item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at contact@thisisdrip.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace it at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a refund or send a similar product of equal value.
